Mark Zuckerberg, he is the owner of FACEBOOK the popular social networking site facebook.com, he was a student in Harvard university but later dropped out to head FACEBOOK. It was a project he undertook when he was a sophmore in HARVARD .
Mark Zuckerberg had already built a music player (SYNAPSE) which microsoft tried to use and hire him but he refused preferring to study before joining HARVARD. Today FACEBOOK is a multi million dollar site which is expected to touch the billion dollar mark in the near future.

The Owner of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, clearly had talent from an early age and great confidence too, to back himself and turn down Microsoft. Good luck to him, i say, and he deserves his wealth. I expect Facebook to get bigger and bigger over the next few years.

Stop Facebook from Switching to Dirty Coal
Facebook has just announced that it is building its own gigantic data center in Oregon. For the first time Facebook will have its own facility but unlike Google or Microsoft, which both built data centers in the same area running off hydroelectric power, Facebook’s facility will be powered by dirty coal.
Data centers use huge amounts of electricity and the new Facebook center will get its power from a coal-fired power plant in Idaho.
Coal is the single biggest cause of global warming and by far the dirtiest and most polluting way to generate electricity. Facebook should be choosing renewable or at least less destructive sources for its huge energy needs.
Sign this petition and send Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg an email directly asking him to keep Facebook off coal.
